As Unison General Secretary I am writing to you ask for your kind assistance with the life-long injustice issues that ruined the lives of 3 generations . I have been trying to re-join Unison as retired member. The issue that needs attention is with the LB Haringey Pension Appeal to The Pensions Manager Janet Rogers ,I have initiated in April. There is “special circumstances for consideration” as I have been paid £50- per month at my 65th birthday as I could not “buy justice” .Since life long ill-health affected me after the industrial injury at work in Cleaning DSO ,in September 1996, sacked in 1998, with sick pay taken as final salary for the deferred local govt. pension scheme.

The anniversary of UN “Human Rights Declaration”, we have for 3 generations been denied Human Rights by a Cyprus conflict politically motivated lobby, whose influence ,systemeatic hate campaigns co-ordinated the network ,neighbours, mobile church , local councillors ,GP’s practice team and their “devoted supporters” ,with 7/24 internet, phone, post, satellite survellience of our home and movements ,a step ahead of us with the “special desk” set-up , blocked not only our complaints but with extreme negativity destroyed my job seeker /employment prospects. Targeted with Conspiracies ,Operation after operation with “intelligence” gathered by the “Lobby”. I lost my health, my GP’s practice team set up their HQ there ,line connected to my home ,so they can spy on my internet ;under total influence of the “lobby” ,enjoying “all expenses paid holidays” ,served their every wish ; created every obstacle for me and my family ,”sick and tired of their ill-treatment tactics” I did not attend the surgery the last 5 years, then registered elsewhere .I was with pain in my legs ,developed varicose veins on both legs ,unable to get “fit for work” certificate, as a last resort started mini-cabbing,the 3 mini-ca office became the last source of income before I was de-railed from earning a living.

I was on IB until July 2013 ,until I retired 1st Pension Payment – after industrial injury working for LBHaringey DSO Cleaning sacked on sick pay, – designed for me ” low” £50-pmonth Local Govt.Pension ,now appealed -“Internal Dispute Resolution” as a Unison member for 4 years ,denied me support, left on my own devices ,courtesy of the Greek lobby ,I could not even “buy justice”!

from LB Haringey was on 04/04/2019, State Pension September 2019 ,I could not earn a living.

I could not even call anyone for even house repairs ,the lobby had all my communications under control from the nearby Health Centre as their HQ. with the staff involved pro-actively -rewarded with all expensein my everything- reply /divert my phone calls ,withot the “lobby ” getting involved to inflict damage ,psychological as stress generators and “rip offs” as financial damage!

After the punishing schedule the work injury ,with pain in the left heel, foot swollen at the heel ,to reduce pain I had cortisone injections to the foot reduced mobility ,inactivity after the long ,15 hours days ,extremely physical work in Cleaning DSO ,health ,financial prospects worries ,resulted in 30kg. weight gain ,right foot developed a ganglion ,I was Not in a positive frame of mind after being sacked, could not “buy justice” with the negative influence of the ordeals ,deliberate victimisation campaign I had to endure, plus as a family our future prospects ,financial position as 1st generation in UK ,health issues I faced ,I could not check and appeal about LBH Pension !

My negative frame of mind transformed to into turmoil after being sacked ,the hate campaigns ,how they infiltrated ,totally biased ,prejudiced IT hearing negative decison, I was not able to get “fit for work certificate”,such obstacles about my employability, my psycology was transformed with the injury from an optimist to “extreme pessimistic” ,outlook about my family’s ruined financial prospects in life .Unison ,LBH Race Equality ,let me down.Totally isolated with the extreme interference of the influential Greek lobby targeting me with a politically motivated network ,mobile church ,neighbours behined it.

Unison, I had been a member of for 4 years ,was “neutral” did nothing! Unison’s Legal dept. gave me an appointment !

I Wasted a day travelling to Unison Picadilly Legal Office, what for ? I still do not know!

In Barnet I was targeted by local councillors, reason for the “hate campaign”; I made a presentation about the “reality of Cyprus conflict” in April 1994 ,Supervisory Management “Media Studies” at Southgate College ,recorded in Media studio, as a punishment (-where is freedom of speech?) the tutor sent me to LBH for “job replacement”.A life changing ,debasing move I have regretted ever since.

Evidence of how the dominant ,the Cyprus conflict is? A highly politically motivated Greek lobby with their ultimate target being “Megalo idea” as taught by the Orthodox Church my father was an M.P. of 33 years -popular like Sir Sydney Chapman -in active politics in North Cyprus .

My wife’s family were twice forced to flee their homes in fear of their lives as fighting broke out 21st December 1963 and 2nd time had to flee from their 2nd home in the 1974 war.Their monies in the banks was “blocked”.

My wife’s family could not “rent or sell” their properties in Larnaka ,as refugees came to live in UK with no work permits, was told “you do not have enough NI contributions for a pension ” ,dependent on the “financial support” of their relatives. My father-in law died 61 years old after a stroke, in poverty. He had for many years paid NI to the govt.of Cyprus scheme as a “dental technician” ,his widow was not paid even a low pension.

I came to study to UK in 1972 ,when I returned for summer holidays was charged Cy £18- as import tax -for clothes I brought as gifts to my 4 sisters -at Nicosia Airport .I was denied an “educational grant ” paid to students in higher education UK after 1974 war, when grain harvest yield my father deposited at the governments agricultural dept.depots ,worth Cy£25k was confiscated,-he was not paid in 2005,when my brother’s friend Maestro brought clim forms but my father refused to sign saying ,with just interest added 25K Cy.£ -could buy 2 semi detached houses in London-is worth a million pounds 31 years later !

My wife’s family were forced to be refugees twice in 1963 and in 1974 wars from Larnaca, lost their 2 houses ; we had suffered the consequences of war ,injustices and financial damage future prospects were lost..

In April 2004 applied to ECHR for Human Rights infringements,as we were targeted,

with “hate campaigns” by our neighbours and the resident ,dominant lobby in Barnet ; Sofi v govt. of Cyprus, had to try to survive a campaign of “enbargoes” ;after 13 month wait , was denied “facilities grant” 83 year old ” blind” ,”eco grant” for a 12 year old boiler was denied- new boiler was delivered, an hour later collected -a fiasco ,time waster, we bought and paid to have it installed.The local authority marked ,allocated a “parking”place right infront of our house, making it a blind spot, with a large van parked that obstructed the view coming out of the garden ;we complained for months to Barnet Council before it was taken off. Council worker Nathan would come on a bike to tell us we had “broken paving stones”,when in fact it was workman with their heavy vans -I had a car- from the building site in Russell Lane ,building development of previously Barnet College site. My son was the only child in his class to be retained/kept in the same class a second year at nursery school ,in spite of the Headmistress admitting %60 of the infants in his class spoke little English as 2nd language ;reason for the waste of a year, he was born on 31st of August and would have gained a year ,they took away this advantage he had in education. He attended Ashmole school ;he was bullied persistently, in order to stop him from complaining to us, as his parents his teachers kept him for up to an hour while we waited to collect him outside in our car ,winter and summer every schoolday ; they “mentored” him constantly ,he never uttered a word to us about his days in school ,that effectively put a barrier between us and our child ,such an inhumane, cruel operation ! Deliberately Building barriers ,between a child and isolating his parents. We did not want our son to feel the psychological effect ,negativity of this brutal breakup of trust & relationship between sibling and parents. At the end of every schoolday, knowing full well we had to wait for him outside upto an hour, winter or summer for the next 6 years. He had to get the support of the pack ; “grey wolves” who pressured him to set up a political website on “myspace.com”,that made him a target, so when he was “mowed down and killed” on holiday in Marmaris ;the usb flash memory stick found in his pocket gave access to his website which was deleted on the night after he was killed. His body was Sent for an otopsy to İzmir Ege Uni.without informing us ,the Hippocratic oath forgotten Dr. eho did the autopsy wrote his gender as “female” in the Autopsy Report ,under the photo showing his hairy manhood ! Such inhumane ,limitless hate/disrespect for the dead – a 19 year old young man, who had lost his life as he had a website with “wrong political convictions “

He joined a school trip to France that should have been a happy enjoyable journey. In fact it became a nighmare for him. He was the only student in his class denied help with “job experience” placement, so “for training” he had to go a fair distance to East Finchley to a chemists,-irrelevant to his IT studies- we had to pay costly return mini-cab fares, the local education authority refused to pay any fares for him as if it was our, his “fault” instead of his teachers ; he had chosen a local pc repair shop who delayed ,then refused to give his insurance details, that covers trainees ,thus denied him placement -all obstacles generated under pressure from the lobby- The ECHR decesion as “friendly settlement” of Sofi v Govt.of Cyprus ,in March 2010 !

3 months later we were on holiday. As every year since 1988 ,on holiday in Marmaris.The son of the motel we stayed in the previous year emailed Bertan a “death poem” before the tragedy. He had different political convictions than my son ; married to a girl from Wales ,he wanted to visit and stay with us in London. We did not have the space for them,so he had a grude against us. The Assailant from Holland was managing the bar at Pascha Beach He deliberately “mowed down” ,-my son ; a pre-meditated murder-in his BMW ,described by witnesses as “flying at 140kmph” in town ,in a 3 lane road ,with 2 Russian ladies in his car ,my son was killed instantly as he did not hit the brakes but put his foot on the accelerator. A speeding drunk ,under the influence of drink and drugs ,from the “Cafe Culture’ in Holland .He was the area gang leader ,so it was “covered up” by his 4 pals who threatned the witnesses ; one sleeping in the cabin gave evidence when he did not see anything! He was sleeping on a chair ,lookind in the other direction. 2nd team of traffic officials were called ,who binned The 1st Accident Report ,prepared a 2nd ,changed the accident location for the benefit of the assailant .The Accident Report (- the police officers in charge at the police station ,the assailant was supposed to be in custody were taken to court for the “abuse of police authority”;case was dismissed with no penalty ,punishment to the officials involved-)

No justice in favouritism so The “killer” got away “scott free”. Our lives in contrast revolved round the court hearings for 6 years , travelling to and from the UK for 6+ years to attend prolonged court hearings .The lenient verdict an 18 month sentence ,was “postponed” for 5 years as it would affect his future ! No empathy, no comsideration for us parents!

We appealed ,have heard nothing last 5 years. Son’s “killer” will not pay compensation either, 5+years since we were promised a 3 month settlement by the fund admin. solicitors, their appointed Istanbul agents -fees paid in advance-by the 2 insurance companies who covered us for legal fees, and through The Turkish Motor Insurance Bureau (TMIB)which we intended to make a donation to Brunel university where our son was accepted to study ;but did not live to hear the good news of his acceptance to Brunel Uni. Our son had achieved excellent results in his exams -8 subjects with ‘distinction’ results .

We buried him and returned to UK.

I worked in security, mobbing continued fwith the influence of LBH ,I was unfairly sacked .Appealed to IT .The lobby got involved again, controlling ,diverting ,poisoning all my tel. calls through the Heath Centre near my home ; resulted in maximum damage ! I barely got paid the hours I worked then last resort mini -cabbing ,comstatly targeted by the lobby ,would be set up with problematic passengers who ruined my enthusiam to work ,in spite of the pain in my legs ,that ended with another conspiracy ,the co-owner brought along a hysteric women who wanted to go to 3 places, had a stop at a newsagent ,had no money and kept kicking the side windows with her feet. I took her to her destination ,she got off, did not pay ,yet complained why I had not taken her to her other destinations. I felt this was the final blow ,last ordeal I could endure and gave up mini-cabbing; denied me earning a. living !

Having been pushed out of every job/given no opportunity to earn a living. My health with the legs affected by the work injury ruined my life and future propects. afanatic lobby with its mobile church preaching hate

on our neighbours .Our lives totally devastated ,the “disability benefit” paid to me was stopped in July 2013, courtesy of the lobby ,their militant conspiring GP’s practice manager ,even though my health had worsened,treatment was deliberately denied.

1972 My father had brought me to study law in UK ; after the 1974 war ,I was denied an educational grant given to Cypriot students in higher education in UK; when my father had deposited the grain harvest in the Cyprus govt.agri stores, worth Cy.£25k -could buy 2 houses in London in 1974- was not paid ,confiscated ,-not paid even in 2005 iwhen my brother’s friend Maestro brought forms ,my father refused to sign as just interest was not acceptable on the depriciated Cy.£ 25K , leaving me with streched support in UK. The lobby was aware of my father’s position in the community ,twin impact blows for me because My father was an M.P. for Kyrenia . He was an M.P. since the republic ,after 33 years ,a conspiracy prevented him from entering Parliament ,so he was forced to resign.

. In Gladesmore school ,the lobby with the cooperation of a teacher to “confidence trick” on me to apply to Gladesmore school for a “non-existent” site supervisor’s job ,he gave me the head teacher’s address to drop the application and in return- ( told me his transfer requests were rejected year after year-) ,if I applied for the job they would transfer him from Gladesmore.So he gave me gis CV to take to the school,which I did.Then all hell broke loose,the area manager stopped me from entering place of work! On sivk pay for a while , with no alternative emplyment offered, taking the resources of the local authority! Unison’s neutrality ! ?

set me up,did everything in their power to ruin me, in the final ;my father was punished ,won the election with highest votes, yet he was forced to resign ,effectively prevented from entering Parliament, using me as a scapegoat.

Politics is a ruthless game, but nothing is as destructive as this; 33 years wasted with no fruitfull rewards.

I did bring along to the meeting my Payslips ,my pay was around £170-pw for the contracted 34 hours week, actıal worked hours were when the absent cleaners areas cover hours were added was more than full-time.This is on the Payslips.

What si not on the contract is the fact that I had to be on site 30 min.early for each shift and stay another 45min.,leave Gladesmore school at 9.15am.

Mr.Edmund Kwakye ,the area manager above me ,Mrs.Henry are on the Pension scheme and can be contacted about the injury at work. At the moment I am abroad ,do not have it with me at the moment,when I return to UK I can bring it to you.

When LBH DSO Cleaning me ,the circumstances were “special”, I was not well, taking pain killere , anti depressants the extent of the injury gravely my health.

The leg injury was underesrimated and reported as such by the Medical Report I pid %50 of ,the biased specialist Mr.Good,”I do not see why he did not continue to work at the site” bewilders me even today; how the injury affected my health, prospects and future finances, employability, stark example is the Haringey Pension.

Job replacement after Supervisory Management Certificate at Southgate College ;work at Cleaning DSO ,after a spell at The Main Depot .

Before 3 cleaners worked, at The Social Housing Office in High Rd. there was a major theft of IT equipment so on my own I was sent as cleaner to Social Housing Offices in High Road with 125+ staff ,worked from 6.00 -to 8.45 for about 6 months. overburdened with the job of 3 cleaners, I called “burn-out” period.

I showed you details of contract as “site supervisor”of Gladesmore School,

one of the biggest ,most problematic ,1200 student ,as cleaner supervisor with 16 cleaners; hours; 6.00 -9.15am returned to site 15.00-17.45pm, total hours were more

than the contracted hours, but deliberately kept short ,otherwise it would be full-time!

I had to ask the area manager to send Agency staff to cover absent cleaner’s areas ,he visited the site daily to pressure me with cleaners that he gave the job from his own country ,spoke to them in his language to incite them, always deprived me of staff , high rate of absence by cleaners, so I had to ‘horse gallop’ to cover basic classroom cleaning”-to minimise complaints ,so added 4-6 hours per week to my worked hours, that would have made me a full-time employee !

18.00-20.00 -10 hrs per week cleaner at Downhills Park Playcenter on my own, total contracted 34 hours was required to be on site 30 minutes before contracted hours so cleaners could sign in,open the store for the cleaners..take delivery of cleaning materials ,on several occasions worked as Housing Weekend cleaner £360-for 2 days,

less than 16 hours , such a difference in pay?

I worked 34 hours “contracted” on average £170-pw take home pay ,for the 2 part-time DSO contracts ;left home 5.30am-arrived back home 20.30 overburdened, on part-time contract!

After “industrial injury ” at work for DSO Cleaning in Sept.1996, I was given Cortizone injection for pain; I gained weight of 30kg in 3 months. I Continued to work with painful legs ,right knee swelled with the pressure on it,had a ganglion (small egg shape swell) develop on the face of right foot ,left shoulder ,neck in pain limited mobility ,LBH sacked me “on sick pay” in 2008. Unison member 4 years ,unjustified “neutrality” did nothing.Internal appeal, negative. No job replacement.Left leg painful ,heel swollen.

I Trained for security, LBH had contracts with Chubb security ,the negativity continued ,with 2nd year I was out of work again.

Started mini cabbing, 3 cab offices, given Social Services customers ;asked to sign forms as if it was my ‘choice’, to do social cabbing, then again negatives after the forms were submitted , Effectively embargoed from earning a living !

I did heavy manual work, unloading pallet boxes ,next day a hernia appeared near the my umblical cord “belly button”. It was operated ,yet days later I discovered the hernia was intact, surgeon had operated on my “umbilical cord” ! Years on Hernia is still there with a 2nd one below. Courtesy of my GP’s Practice ,”Hate Campaigner team” ,not “Health team”!

I was Sent for endoscopy to Royal Free Hospital ,my fiendly 70+year old Greek I neighbour Panayodi whom I tried to help for years ,gave lifts to supermarkets several times a week ,volunteered to come with me ;his wife “the hidden malice” in support “let Pan come with you” ! Shellshocked afterwards ,as it turned out to be “crime against humanity” ,Pan was waving to the Greek Dr. “meaning it is him”.He signed the Hospital documents for the procedure then as if rubbish ,he dumped them in my carrier-bag! I realised then his malicious, evil bad intentions but “too late” he damaged my bowels ;over inflated them to max.,my health would never be the same again as before this I never had “bowel” problems ;ever since this endoscopy procedure ,Iam severly constipated. Another racist “Human Rights ” conspiracy ,shocking plot /punishment!

Depressed I felt the urge to Frequently urninate ,to investigate it at Barnet Gen.Hosp.a pipe pushed up the urinal canal without anaestetic jel, I was boxing my head and crying. Set up by GP practice yet again.Unbelievable torture .Prostate problem added

3 times I attended Hospital for operation for varicose veins.I was sent home.Then G.P’s surgery hide letters form Hospital saying “did not attend”

Eventually had operation on both legs, condemned to wear compression socks all day,at night the swelling in the legs releases water back to the body ,frequently have to go to urinate ,mornings exhausted.

Disability Benefit paid till July 2013.Until LBH Pension £50-pm was paid ,no earnings,for 6+ years.Stopped going to GP- bewildered at the negativity had enough!

IT negative, LBH had all managent, legal team,only last 10 minutes to speak so debased,did not even appeal .I could not buy justice!

No solicitor to take my claim in London, engaged solicitors in Norwich to start claim, given “legal work” in Tottenham by LBH to undermine claim,

LBH solicitors threatened me with “loosing home”,had to represent myself at year 2000 Inner London Crown Court hearing, no solicitor ,barrister came sat at the back,did not represent me ,sent his £180-bill,complained to Law Society, 3 months later ,apology with £110-cheque ,returned it.

“Friendly settlement” LBH DSO offered £5700- with written promise legal bill would be negotiated and paid. Badhams solicitors did not honour their written promise,so had to pay £4050-legal bill, remaing £1650-did not cover my expenses for medical reports ,off work journeys to Norwich !

I have tried to give relevant information, please accept my apologies for the extras.I joined LBH 42 years fully fit, did not go sick ,even take a day off ,then the

injury at work ,my health ,prospects ,whole life has been ruined as a result. I could not buy justice

– should have been the basis of the Pension calculation -started work April 1994 -prior to September 1996 before the injury at work ,not the “sick pay” in 1998 before I was sacked.

As regards an appeal ,Unison I was a member of for 4 years ,was “netralised”-did nothing for me.I could not buy justice.

The letter form LBH solicitors is attached, with their promise that they will “negotiate and pay” my legal bill. “Goodwill” being non-existent,they did not pay.

Hence the “Friendly Settlement” became a fiendly vendetta, I paid £4050- legal fees out of £5000- “uncommercial settlement” that did not even cover my expenses, when the injury gravely affected my health, family ,mobilty and potential to earn a living ,financial prospects ruined at teh age of 42.

I have had to wear long compression socks during the day,my legs are swollen ,at night the fluids are released back to the body, disturbs my sleep as I have to frequently go to the wc at night, with enlarged protate, it has made my life unbearable ,I have become an insomniac, fatigued,lacking energy during the day.

Speacial Circumstances, is my explanation of the reason ehy I did not understand to appeal to deffered Pension information letter of LBHaringey.

I had health problems resulting from the injury, unable to get “fit for work certificate”,I worked in security and mini cabbing before being pushed out yet again with the negative influence of the politically motivated Greek lobby, warring with me as I made a presentation in The Supervisory Management Course in Southgate College ,( before being placed at Haringey DSO Cleaning )Media Studies about the reality of Cyprus conflict.

Living truth of recent history disturbed their political propaganda.

First DSO would not accept the “industrial injury”, then they set me up with a teacher -always willing to help ,I could not continue with the painful leg injury

,restricted mobility ,he had asked me to apply for a “non-existent”site supervisor job at the school, as he was not transferred to another school, but claimed they would transfer him if I made the job application. Stupidly optimistic as usual ,I did make that job application, then “all hell broke looose” the mobbing champion area manager would not allow me to the workplace.

I realised my mistake after the event but was too late, conspired by the lobby

Barnet Greek Councillors whose ultimate target was my father an M.P.for 33 years in Northern Cyprus,whose political career ended after he won the election with highest votes in Kyrenia District, but forced to resign.

My wife’s family became refugees ,had to leave their home in Larnaca both in 1963 war and in 1974 came to the UK, needing the financial support of their relatives as their moneys in the banks was blocked ,with no work permit in UK , father-in-law died from a stroke ,61 years old ,his widow was not given a pension in spite of the fact taht he had paid NI contributions as a “dental technician”to the govt.of Cyprus Social Security System.

The injustices of the Cyprus conflict so gravely destroyed our prospects,bloodline

;after my mother-in-laws complaint to the ECHR in 2004 Sofi v. govt.of Cyprus,

our lives became living hell for the next 6 years, 3 months after “friendly settlement, we went on holiday to Marmaris as every year, my 19 year old son Bertan Hajiahmetoglu only child was “mowed down” and killed, on holiday as a reprisal by a drunk beach bar manager on 12/07/2010.We attended court hearings for 6 years ,the appealed at the injustices, waiting the past 3 years.The Accident “covered up” with the help of officials ,they got away “scott free” with the 18 month sentence postponed for 5 years. He did not pay “blood money”, compensation either, that we intend to donate to the university my son had won to study IT ,but did not live to hear the good news ,had 8 subjects results with distinction.His photo is attached.

My father 31 years old ,one of the few surivovors of an aircrash in Esenboga Airport Ankara in 1961 ,miracolously the meter of snow saved his life with %60 burns ,Cyprus Airlines just about paid his 56 day hospital bill as compensation.

Irrelevant but seen in the contect of our ruined lives for 3 generations,bloodline cut off, I could not even get health treatement with the lobby’s influence, network and neighbourhood supported community ,we were denied Human Rights with “hate crime” campaigns that has made our lives living hell.

My mother-in-law died with her “eyes open” having buried the grandson she raised from birth, her grave is next to my sons.

My father was removed from the Chairman position of The Cooperative Society,he was elected. Injustices galore !

The he could not enter Parliament as an M.P.,having won with the higest vote,he died 86 years old with his ” eyes open”,with the injustices he suffered ,added to it my sons killing.

We lost the joy of our lives ,in July 2013, disability benfit was stopped,I could not work, until the £50- LB Haringey Pension was paid at 65 years, I did not earn money. I Retired at 65 in September with health problems galore.Lives wasted.

Leg injury as it is now,with yhe swollen heel ,daytime I have to wear varicose stockings for the rest of my days.

my son Bertan Hajiahmetoglu born 31/08/1991,after his mother in law complained to The ECHR in 2004, Sofi v.govt.of Cyprus “friendly settlement” April 2010, 3 months later as a reprisal he was “mowed down” ,killed on holiday in Marmaris ,officials ,”covered-up”every complaint file “closed” 13/07/2010.Perpetrator got off “scott free” in 2016 with the 18 month sentence postponed for 5 years, we Appealed ,still waiting.

Compensation Claim – we promised to donate to the university he won to study IT.had 8 subjects with distinction -unsettled with his influence postponing settlement with TMIB promised by agents as 3 month setlement 3 years ago,when exchange rate for TL to £Stg. was @3.90 , now 7.60 devalued %80 , by UK “fund admin” in UK,still waiting.

We will not forgive / forget the victimisation/hate campaign that has ruined the lives of 3 generations of our families and destroyed our future and bloodline..with no goodwill , natural that my deferred pension benefit has been reduced to minimum, when the injury was in fact result of overburdening at work, leave home at 5.30am ,2 journeys to work ,unpaid 30min.before work ,45 minutes after work am , early unpiad start of 30min pm ,reach home at 20.30pm unpaid 1 hour 45 minutes short every schoolday, when added to the 34 hours contracted ,I was working more than full-time even when the absent staff hours claimed are not counted.

Unlimited resources of a labour local auhority with “race equality” policies not implemented ,the person occupying this position ,ignored me, did not even give me the time of day to hear what the Greek lobby’ campaigns had caused us , with the “neutral” position of “Unison North London Secretary” did nothing’ ,Race Equality Officer closed shop – later rewarded ,appointed North London Secretary …with no explanation ,did not tepresent me either at the IT or at the H.M’s Inner London Crown Court where I had to represent myself ,totally negative attitude against an individual who has been victimised with “hate crime campaigns” for the sake of politics.

“Appeal Out of time” has to be considered in light of the Special Circumstances I have painstakingly explained. Essential that an enquiry be setup to investigate the “hate ,victimisation campaign”

The reality of vendetta campaigns,that undermined our existence in UK,in Cyprus and peristent victimisation campaigns still continue even in Turkey, where we buried my 19 year old son and his grandmother’s grave nedt to him who raised him from birth Mrs..Sofi.

Ineqality ,”hate campaigns” Effectively denied us “human rights” and destroyed our quality of life ,ultimate pain loss of a sibling ,”deliberate killing of our son”and it has been “covered-up”,ultimately cut off our bloodline. Complaints blocked off ,No justice ,no empathy

We will not forgive those “hate campaigners” who set up a “special desk” with the help of their collaborators to destroy us, ,spirit and soul.

The ultimate pain and suffering ,lives of 3 generations have been ruined with the politically motivated ,negative influence of the anti-Turkish Greek lobby dominant in Haringey and Barnet councils .

The “Cyprus conflict” propaganda wars, that has targeted us as a family ;lives wasted ,robbed ,conned,swindled,that I have experinced. A lifetime of injustices that keeps following us wherever we are; “so I intend to pursue this IDR ,Pension Appeal to the end!

A lifetime affected with ill-health,incapacity as a result of an industrial injury in a Labour Party controlled local authority, inflicted on a Unison member!

Why did Unison fail to protect me?

LBH Haringey Race Equality Officer at the time ,Mr.Prince Wiiliams Valentine embarged me ,closed doors to me, to be later appointed as Unison North London Branch Secretary.

Where were the failed “checks and balance” in a local authority ,adherence to The Policies of the 1st”friendly settlement” when LBHaringey solicitors gave written promise to pay my legal fees and acted like a private company, by not negotiating and paying !

3 months after The (2nd ) “friendly settlement” of ECHR Sofi v.govt.of Cyprus another life changing vendetta ,catastrophy.

My slary has probably been worked on the 2 years till the industrial injury and not the next 4 full years as I was paid sick-pay ,before being unfairly sacked like in a “banana republic”,not in EU !

A enquiry should be set up ,Haringey who camapigns for Race Eqality !

Howcome the policies were a total failure! Destroyed and Did not protect me!

I have emailed these complaints to The Leader of Haringey Cllr.Joseph Ejiofor and Mr.Dave Prentis Unison General Secretary.

As explained the ill-will ,negativity has effectively denied me equal treatment, with proof of the Badhams Solicitors letter, the overburdening

Ilgili Makama,

          Ben Dağyolu-Girne 1954 doğumlu ,Ahmet Mustafa Haciahmetoğlu ,eşim Leman Ahmet 1957 Lefkoşa doğumlu ,KKTC Türk kökenli İngiliz vatandaşı olarak  22 yıldır ,her yaz çok sevdiğimiz Marmaris’e tatile gelmekteyiz. Bu yıl dünyamız zehir oldu !  31 Ağustos 1991 doğumlu , 19 yaşında biricik oğlumuz Bertan Mustafa Hajiahmetoğlu’nu Marmaris’te 12.07.2010 tarihinde  trafik kazasında kaybettik. Marmaris’i cok sevdigi icin Armutalan mezarligina gomduk !

Anavatanımda başıma gelenler çok acı; itirazlarıma rağmen öğle saat 12.20 ile gece 21.30 arası Marmaris İlçe Emniyet Müdürlüğünde Çarşı Karakolunda saatlerce beni alıkoydular. İfademe de; saat üçde ‘çağrıldıktan sonra’ Karakola geldiğimi yazdılar. Bu yanlıştır ! O ‘şok olmuş’, travmalı halimde buna itiraz edemedim; polisle M.D.Hastanesine ve Ozan Apart’taki eşime gittikten sonra ifademde bahsedilen saat üçü bulmuştur. Karakola Kırçiçeği Restoran Müdürü Gürbüz beyle ilk telefon açıp, gittigimizde saat öğle 12.20’ydi.!

Oğlumun eşyalarının Tutanağı ve İfadem bu kadar uzun alamazdı ?

‘ Beni neden tutuyorsunuz ? ‘diye defalarca sordum !’ Sen şikayetçisin,bekleyeceksin’ dediler. Polisin taraf olan, tutumunu anlamiş değilim! Şikayetçiyim. Kazaya giden  polisler  görevlerini ihmal etmişlerdir ! Oğlumun ölümüne sebebiyet veren kişinin adeta suçunu örtüp,  ‘delillerin yok edilmesine’ yardımcısı olmuşlardır !

Möbese veya diger kuruluşlarda kamera kaza görüntüsü ‘bulunmamıştır’ !

“Keşif Raporunu” dosyaya koymak yerine, ikinci sefer sivil polis kaza yerinde  belge hazırlayıp, oğlumu suçlu gösterecek şekilde, plan üzerinde aracın oğluma çarptığı yeri değiştirerek söför leyhine-,ifadesine uygun şekilde- değiştirildi. Bu da Möbese’de kayıtlıydı, dolayısıyle deliller yok edilsin diye ‘Möbese çalışmıyordu ,kayıt yok’ demeye mecbur kaldılar! Bundan dolayı adalete, hukuğa inancımız sarsılmıştır !

Siyah tintli camlı (gece görmeye manidar)BMW aracın(kaporta saç kalınlığı 5mm )önü ne hale geldi ? -RESİMLER- ARAÇ – EK 4  -Aşırı süratı belli;oğluma sağ kaldırım yanında iken ona çarpmıştır!

Araç neden mahkeme gününe kadar “delil” olarak bekletilmeyip , Savcılık/Polis bu aracın tamir edilip ,kullanılmasına izin vermiştir ?

Aşırı sürat “Bilirkişi Raporu” ile ,resimlerde görülen araç hasarı ,şoforün ifadesine göre süratı 50-60kms ,oğlumun yaralarına lütfen bakınız -RESİMLER EK 5 -kazayı görenler ise 140kms. gibi diyorlar. Şöför alkollü ,-‘ kendi deyimiyle’ ”refleksi yavaş’ ,gerçekte fren yerine, (yolda hiç fren izi hiç bulunmadı) gaza basmış, oğlumu 40 metre sürükleyip ,parçaladıktan sonra, 20 metre de ileride  ,arac önü yolkenarındaki duvara dayanmış; artık ilerlemesine imkan yokken ,çevreden görüldüğünden ,durmaya mecbur kalmıştır. !

Kaza mahalli resimlenmiş;dosyada  mesafeden çekilmiş hiç resim yok! Kazalı aracı ‘Çekici’,ile  park yerine götürdükten sonra ikinci sefer tepeden 4 resim çekilip dava dosyasına ‘bunlar’ konmuştur !

Oğlumun otopsi raporu ve morgdaki resimlerinde görüleceği gibi -İLİŞİKTE  –

EK- 5  kırılmadık kemiği, yaralanmadık  yeri kalmamıştır ! Bu kadar acılı ölümü Allah kimseye nasib etmesin!

Evladı olan herkesin vijdanına sesleniyorum; Yusuf isimli sivil polis (Cep 0505 542 8021),oğlumun definedileceği ,14 /07/10 günü  eşime telefon açarak “Bu sıkıntılar içinde mezar işleriyle uğraşmayınız, biz  hallettik” demiştir.

Oğlumuzu topraga vermenin derin acısıyle yanarken ,Allah aşkına,  yapabilecekleri oğlumuzun mezar ücretini, bize sormadan davranıp, Armutalan Belediyesine ödetmek miydi ? Ertesi gün durumu öğrenip Belediyeye mezar ücretini ödeyen ,Marmaris Çanakkale Seramik’te çalışan Ahzen beyin parasını iade ettirdim! FATURA –

ve  TUTANAK  -BELEDİYE – EK 3’dedir.

Polis oğlumun ölümüne sebebiyet veren şoförün arkadaşları veya yakın akrabası gibi

hareket ederek, haklarımızı gasb etti. Bizi adaletten mahrum etmeye yönelik tedbirler aldılar !

Başımıza gelen felaketin- Bertan 19 yaşında tek evladımızdı- bir ömur          mağduriyetimiz yetmezmis gibi Anavatanımızda bu yürekler acısı durumun başımıza geldiğine inanamak dahi istemiyoruz !

Kaza saat 4.10 da vukuboldu. Şoför Serkan ÇINKIR’in ifadesi dört saat sonra, avukatı Zehra Ovalı SOYDAN eşliğinde saat 7.40 da alındı. Bu şahıs alkollü olmasına rağmen kan tahlili yapılmadan adliyeye sevk edilerek serbest kaldı !

İfadesi kaza sonrası hemen alınmış olsaydı, ya da kaza sonrası alkol raporu kan değerleri ölçülmek suretiyle alınmış olsaydı, alkollü Serkan ÇINKIR mahkemece serbest kalmayacaktı ! Burda polisin görevini ihmali vardır.  Söz konusu polis memurlarından aşağıdaki konularda açıklama yapmalarını istirham ederim;

    1- Serkan ÇINKIR’in ifadesi neden dört saat geç alınmıştır?

    2- Kaza sonrası, hemen Serkan ÇINKIR’in “Alkol Testi” için kan /idrar örneği neden alınmamıştır?

   3- Neden rahmetli oğlumun teslim olduğu ona soylenmiş ve tedbir alması,aldırması sağlanıp, saatler sonra alkol tesiri azalınca ,basit alkolmetre testine tabii tutulmuştur ?

    4- Serkan ÇINKIR’in kaza anında yolcusu Sinan KILIÇ’ın neden şoförle ayrı ,ayrı ifadeleri alınıp,sonra şöforle kıyaslanmamış ? Şahit olarak kazalı aracın arkasında  oturan iki yabancı kadının isimleri yok ,ifadeleri alınmamıştır?

   5- Polisler neden Belediye defin işlerine karışmışlar ve bu konuda sivil polis memuru Yusuf  (Cep  0505 5428 021 )eşime telefon açarak “Siz bu sıkıntılarınız içinde mezar işleriyle uğraşmayınız, biz halletik” demiştir. Meğer belediyeye mezar ucreti ödenmis.Bunu kabul etmemiz mumkun değildir .Armutalan Belediyesine ben 15/07/10 tarininda mezar ücretini ödeyip,orijinal faturayı iade ettirdim.    6- Benim 12.07.2010 tarihli İfademe  neden “Yabanci uyruklu ‘Ingiliz’ olarak göstermişlerdir. Polise KKTC Kimliğimi de gösterdim.İfademde saat 15’de polis karakolundan çağrıldım”,diye yazdılar;saat 12.20de Kırçiçeği Restoran Müdürü Gürbüz bey  polise telefoniyen sorup Çarsi Polis Karakoluna kendi isteğimizle gittik. Bu polise cağrıldıktan saatler sonra gittigimi yazmanın  gereği , anlamı nedir?

    7- Oğlumun cenazesi neden bizlere sorulmadan -sabah saat 7’de İzmir’e Ege Üniversitesine otopsiye gönderilmiştir ? Karakola vardiğimizda ogle saat 12.20 gibi otopsi yapılan yere telefonla ulaşıp”Bertan Mustafa Hajiahmetoğlu’nun babası karakolda”, ‘Otopsiye izni var mı ? Soralım’ demeyi neden gereksiz görmüşlerdir !

Bunun yerine ,benimle karakola giden Gürbüz beyle ,Yusuf isimli sivil polis memuru Marmaris Devlet Hastanesi’ne gittik. Sorulsa önceliğim otopsideki oğlumdu !

   19 yaşında, 160m. boyunda, 62kg. ağırlığında, ‘ceylan gibi’ oğlumun ‘ ölüm nedeni ‘ kazadan dolayı olduğu belli! Kanındaki alkol oranı ölçülebilirdi ;halbuki oğlumun ‘Klasik Otopsi Raporu’ gerektiğine karar verilip, İzmir Adli Tıp Kurumu’nda

“bizden izinsiz” her organını kesip, çıkarıldılar ; vücudunu parçaladılar , organları eksik,bir torba içinde gömüldü !

Burda yapılan, ‘her organı alınıp ,yerine konmayan meftanın’ Müslümanlığa aykırı gömülme tarzı, aşağılanmasıdır. Böyle algılıyoruz ! Bu durumdan şikayetçiyiz.

 8- Beni Çarşı Karakolunda dokuz saat süreyle ,saat 21.30′ a kadar oyalayacaklarına ,hemen şikayetimi alıp ,Eşya Tutanağıyla serbest bırakmalıydılar ! Şikayetçiyim.

    9- Şahitleri ,bar/otel işletmecisi Serkan ÇINKIR ,tehditle yıldırmış , Cumhuriyet Savcısı sayın Hamza YOKUŞ la, avukatımız sayın Yüksel DÖNMEZ’in aldığı randevu, canından korkan tanık şahıslar gitmediğinden dolayı değerli zamanları boşa harcanmıştır !

   10- Can güvenliğinden çekinen tanıklar /şahitler vardır. Bu gencecik oğlumun nasıl öldüğünü görenlerin adalet  ve vijdan meselesidir .Bu şahısların tanık/şahit olmaları açıkca tehdit ve baskı ile engellenmiştir !

‘Suçluluk oranı soföre ağırlıklı diye, adaletsizce yönlendirme olduğu gerçektir. Bu şahitler sindirilince ,durumu takip eden diğer şahitler de korkup vijdanlarının sesini dinleyebileceklermi ?

Bu durum mahkeme gününe kadar düzeltilir ;bir can almanın bu kadar bedelsiz olmadığı,vijdanlara dokunup, mahkeme gününe insallah değişecektir !

   11- ‘Kaza Keşif Raporu’ şahitler eşliğinde,hemen kazadan sonra alındığı gibi ( daha sonra düzenlendiği gibi değil )tekrar ,kaza mahallinde çekilen resimler göz önüne alınarak yeniden tesbit edilmeli ve dosyada yalnız Serkan ÇINKIR’in ifadesine göre hazırlanan kaza planı değil, arabanın hasarı göz önüne alınarak,Bilirkişi raporu ile  tekrar tanzim edilmezse, adalet çarpıtılmış ,dava aleyhimize dönmüş olacaktır !

Bu  vijdanlara sığmadığı gibi ,ne rahmetli oğlum mezarında huzur içinde yatar , ne bu haksızlıklara uğrayan bizler bu durumu hazmedebileceğiz .

    Ayrica uyrugu olduğumuz İngiliz makamlarına şikayetle ,bu konularda açıklık getirilmesini isteme hakkımızı mafhuz tutuyoruz.

Gerekirse önce Yüksek Mahkemeye baş vuracağız ! Hollanda  mahkemelerine de baş vurabiliriz.

   12-Kaza mahallini kaydeden Türban Kavşağında’ki Möbese kamerası ’15 günde silinir’ diye, avukatımız zamanınada müracaat etmiş, ancak yine gerçek meydana çıkacak diye, ‘Kayıt yapmıyordu.Çalışmazdı’ demiştirler! Bu kabul edilemez !Kazadan bir gün sonra polis memurları etraftaki işyerlerinin kamera kayıtlarını toplamışlardır.

   13- Bu davanın TC Marmarıs 2’nci Ceza Sulh Mahkemesine 22 Aralık tarihine geleceği dosyadadır. Bu tarihin öne çekilip davalı kış önü Hollanda’ya dönmeden mahkeme edilmesi mümkün değil mi ? Avukatımız bu tarihi öne alma girişimini yapmış, sonuçsuz kalmıştır.

   14- Oğlumuz çok başarılı , zekiydi. Southgate Kolej’inden 8 dersten  ‘ İFTİHAR ‘ Derecesinde not almıştı. Brunel Üniversitesine giriş imtihan sonuçlarına             bakılmaksızın, şartsız, yatılı Brunel Universitesi’nde Bilgisayar Bölümüne 2010 Eylül de başlamak üzere kabul edilmişti.- ilgili mesajlar ÜNİVERSİTE  EK 1 ve 2 ‘dedir.

Bizleri oğlumuzdan mahrum edip ,onun hayatına mal olan ,ailece hepimizi ve çevresindekileri onun varlığından mahrum ve mağdur edenlerin ,hafif cezalalarla geçiştirip, normal yaşamlarına devam etmeleri ,adaletsizliği kabul edemiyeceğimiz gibi bir ömür ailece derin acılar çekmemize vesile olacaktır. (12 yıldır, sağlığımızı yitirdik, adalet bekleyerek sabır taşına döndük)

Bu davayi hak, hukuk çerçevesinde ,adilce çözümlenmezse ,Yüksek Mahkemeye ve  Hollanda’da (-şöförün tabası ,aracın kayıtlı olduğu ülke -) mahkemelerine kadar götürmeye kararlıyız .

    Sizlerden istirhamımız bu dava konusunda yapacagınız girişimlerin, adaletin yerini bulmasında yardımcı olacağı ,girişimleriniz için şimdiden teşekkür ederiz.

Armutalan Belediyesi ihmalleri; Yaya Geçit’lerini görülecek şekilde , ‘Standard- Reflektif’ boya ile (bu yıl turist mevsimine hazırlık mahiyetinde )işaretlememiş ,

bu yolda defalarca tedbir almaları için şikayet etmemize rağmen ,aynı tehlikeli durum devam etmektedir. Armutalan Beldiyesi’nden şikayetçiyiz. Dava da açabiliriz.

Kaza Şirinyer Siteler Flamingo Otel karşısında olmuş, kaza sonrası Trafik/ Belediye hiçbir tedbir alınmamıştır! Marmaris’te olduğu gibi, Türban kavşağına kadar ortadan bariyerlerle kapatılıp , kaza önleyici tedbirler alınmalıydı !

     Durum İngiliz turistlere özellikle ters gelmektedir. Yayalar için çok tehlikelidir. Kaza mahallini güvenli hale getirmelidirler !Bizim gibi kac kisinin cani yanacaktir?

    Marmaris Belediyesi ‘metal bariyerlerle’ yol ortasını ayırmıs, yayaların  geçişini engellemiştir. Benzer uygulamayı Armutalan Bellediyesi yapmamıştır ! Trafik ışıkları ile araç geçisi kontrollü, Sürat Kamerası ,Möbese Kameralarıyla donatılıp ( bu kazada Möbese  ‘Çalışmaz’ ,denmiştir) işler vaziyette olmalıdır! Bölgede ‘ trafik önlemlerinin’ alınması , daha çok kaza olduktan sonra mı alınacaktır ?

We appreciate the time and kind attention given to our son’ s “accident” in Turkey by our local M.P. Rt.Hon.Theresa Villiers.

However in light of the deliberately extended ,postponed 6 years of hearings

did nothing to restore our faith in the justice system. There was no investigation.No witnesses were called by the courts in spite of 3 appointments (taxi driver Mr.Arif Karakus) with the judge why witnesses did not turn up ?They feared for their lives!

Our complaints to The Justice Ministry ,to the District Chief of Police, to another court as we were informed by witnesses that this was a “political assasination” ,it is deliberate “manslaughter”!

All requests for an investigation were declined ,were deemed unnecessary ,files closed. The 6 years of unnecessary travels from UK to hearings in Turkey did nothing to bring out the truth ,the cctv recordings of the “accident”,that were not in the court file. Officials and police collborated to lay the blame for the accident onto my 19 year old son.They had increased his alcohol level and waited 4 hours to test the bar manager -assailant with an alco-meter : 54 Promil alcohol was recorded instead of a urine/blood test-as the standard required in fatal accidents-Prosecutor on duty did not attend the accident site as required either!

So many serious flaws in the evidence presentation that we were bewildered;

The Dr. who signed the autopsy report, -under Hippocratic oath-

my son’s photo showing his manhood as “female” ; this is a scandal that should not be overlooked!

When we hired a 2nd lawyer, as the 1st was solely interested in financial gain ;”compensation claim”every time we met ; The Court Recorder in charge said to us “you are changing lawyers,but you will Not get Any Results out of this court”

I tried to involve the 1st lawyer with DAS, fund admin. Irwin Mitchell Solicitors ;translated to both sides in case they will appoint him as their Agents in Turkey. He did not agree with the 10% of settled compensation amount offered as his fees! Later €42K was paid in advance to their appointed Istanbul Legal Agents ,Kaya & Partners in 2016, -who promised ~with DAS ,Fund admin.Irwin Mitchell Solicitors 3 month settlement with The Turkish Motor Insurance Bureau ,5+years still awaiting settelement ! Distraught as any parent who lost their child ;all we wanted to hear was progress with the “hit and run” prosecution case, that more evidence was by witnesses who came forward ,officials gathered for strong case!

The Police officer on duty at the Police Station had “abused his authority”,a 2nd case was presented to the courts, that continued with the Police Officer responsible not attending to hearings.The case against The Police ;he had allowed a person who had caused death by overdpeeding in town under the influence of drink /drugs, had hit and run ;was served the tel no’s of officials such as Chief of Police ,so he made 80+mobile calls while in custody ,allowing the assailant to camapign for support and “cover-up” .The case was somehow dismissed after 3 years!

We objected, no action was taken against him. Clearly the legal proses was stagnated,files closed, leaving the “cover -up planner ; serious supporter of the mob “killer”to haunt us ,have us followed around in town with the intention to obstruct ,do any harm, target us with “hate campaigns”until negative pscyhology destroyed our self-confidence , brain shut-down ,with hopes of justice “kaput”!

The assailant was informed of his death, before he made a statement. Witnesses at the taxi rank ,where my son got into a taxi ,but the driver (Mr.Arif Karakus) was ordered to “not drive him” ,so he had to get out of the taxi ,started walking as all were threatened with their lives by the 4 member “gang”including his cousin stationed at the MP HQ in Marmaris ;the assailant had called to the accident scene before he called an ambulance.

Babam Bilelle’ye Ahmet Komutanı getirmemi

söyledi. Ahmet Kara Salih da tarla sürmeye gidecek, traktörün bakımını yapar. Benden 4 sefer yağ getir,”yanlış yağ getirdin ,gres getir”

20m. ilerideki çiftlik evinden getirmemi ister. Babam “seni Bilelle’ye göndermedim mi?” diye azarlar. Zaten söylediğini AKSi de duymuştu ama yine bana “git,gel”yapar.

Ben de isyan edip ,hiçbirşey yapmam”diyerek koşup ,kaçtım. AKSi bana gıcık “emir eri” muamelesi yapardı ;gınna getirene kadar ! “Nur içinde yatsın” Yılmazköy’lü- gara Mehmet ağabey de yıllarca bize tarla sürdü, her işini kendi yapardı. Rahmetli Salih Kanak eniştem Tk. Km. babam mücahit AKSiye bize tarla sürmesi için” izin alırdı. Geceleri de babamın beslemesi AKS’iyi yedirip, içirip gezdirir”;sabahları kendini ağa ,beni uşağı sanır ; işe geldiğinde ,akşamdan kalmadır”, burnu ile gözü arasındaki mesafeyi bilmez. Ben traktörü hazır etme emir ve istemlerine ,baskısına “gınna getirip” ,beni isyan ettirdiği için adımı çıkarır “sinirliye”! Olaydan sora cahillikten konu kıtlığı da var ,ben sürekli hedefinde, olayı tekrarlar ,motivasyonunu tazeler ,tekrarlar, etrafa da gaz verir, yıllarca eziyet ,cefa çektim ! Nasıl beni afaroz ettirdi ?

Aradan belki yıllar geçti; babama traktörü ile tarla sürerlerdi. AKSi’nin traktörünü süren mazot Tankını 2.sefer doldurup ,eve boşaltmış ! Hassas olduğu ‘hırsızlıkla’ ihanete uğrayan Babam küplere biner, AKSi’yi azarlar.

Araları açılır. Babam kapısının önünden geçerken, AKSİ’nin karısı Dervişe arabası ile geçen babama ; “Ahmet’i istemen, neye bizim eve bakan ?” deycek kadar posta koyup ,musallat oldukları ,rezillikleri sınırsız !Köyde beni gördüğünde AKSi beni arabasına almaya çalışır ; “karnını boşaltmak ister”; gitmedim; “ben işlemesem siz aç kalırdınız” gibi ” köpek yese kuduracağı laflar” eder.

Babam da beni sürekli cezalandırır; geceleri geç gelirdi, köyün girişi “Sıkma Çalısına” araba geldiğinde bizim köpek arabanın sesini tanıyıp, kapı arasından dışarı fırlamasıyla ben de kalkar ; dışarı koşup garaj kapısını açar, babam birşeyler yerken onu bekler, ertesi sabah da herzaman beni çok erken uyandırırdı. Erkenden herkese meşgul edecek iş hazırdı. Rahmetli Fethi (dayımı) Abdülaziz’i -Pınarbaşı imamı -‘ evinden almaya giderdik. Kırnı altındaki zeytinleri gece akar dere suyu ile sabaha kadar uyumadan sulardım. -Çınar’dan akan “dere suyu” haftada 3 günlük hisse babamındı; yazda traktör arkasında romörk ile 50L varilleri,motor kuyusundan su doldurup , Kırnı altı zeytin tarlasının etrafındaki incir ağaçlarını sulardım. Saman çıkarmak için tarlalardan balya toplar ,traktör-arabası ile sıkı bağlanmış 25Kg. balyaları harmana toplardık – çatala balyayı takar ,yerden çok zor kaldırır, gücüm yetmez ,kolum direyemez ,kontrol için çatal sapını yere çakarak balyaları arabanın arkasına yüklemek için sıkı tutmaya çalışır, çatalı havada direkleyene kadar bazen 3 tur atardım. Bana en “ağır iş” ,samanlığa merdivenle ağır torbaları çıkartır ,samalığın içine damdakı delikten de atlayıp ,”samanı samanlığın köşelerine iter ve yerleştirirken” ,adamlar gülerek başıma saman dökmeye devam eder ; “saman tozundan” boğulurca öksürürken ,hepsinin bana alaylı gülmelerini acı hatıralarımdan .Tabii kulaklarım saman tozu dolardı; söyleneni duymaz -işler bittiğinde şiringa ile kulaklarım temizlenmesi gerekirdi. Bazen de okuldan köye dönerken otobüsten yolda -Halil Balbaz’ın ev yaptığı yerden- inip , Kapizan çiftliğine 2 km. yaya öğle yürüyüp istediği iş yapardım.

AKSinin traktörü ile bize tarla sürerlerken, mazot tankını 2 sefer doldurup, “evine boşaltıp geldiğini” babam fark eder. Hırsızlardan dedem de babam da çok çektiği için , en çok kızıp, affedemediği “hırsızlıktır”.Küplere biner çünkü babasının da para /altınlarını defalarca köylülerimiz çaldılar. Örneğin “Deli Kara Mustafa’nın” kendi ağzından duydum; Hacıahmet dedemin altınlarını çalmış ,yürüyerek Lapta’da kaynatasının limon ağaçları altına gömüp, köye dönmüş. Polis gelip köyde soruşturma yaptıysa da sonuç alamamış. Nereye sakladığını kimseye söylememiş, karısı dahi bilmezmiş ;sonra Lapta’da ve köyde tarla satın aldığını anlatırdı. Dedem ,amcaları Ahmedigo’nun kardeşi oğlularının borçlerına kefil olur ; borçlarını ödemediklerinden, malına haciz gelir ve hasat yaptığı harmanda yığın arpa, buğday başaktan ayrılıştırmadan ,hacizcilerin “el konulduğunu” ,zahre ve öküzlerini düvelin arkasından aldıklarını, bu haksız “haciz uygulaması” hayatlarını zehir ettiğini ,dedemin marazdan çatladığını ,bunun sırf düşmanlıktan ileri geldiğini ve hacizden tarlalarının da “akraba borçları” için tarlalarının da “açık artırma” ile”çatır, çatır” satıldığını ,Ahmedigo dedemin kahrından hastalanıp nasıl “çatladığını” anlatırdı. Köyün “Hırsız toroları” Sahtekarlıklarıyla 2 dedeme de ,ana ve baba tarafına ne büyük maddi ,manevi zarar verdiler?

Babamın büyük koyun sürüsü vardı. Apel Mehmet çoban.Her Yılbaşı çocuklarına babam birer kuzu hediye ederdi. Gönyeli’den öğleyin geçerken kasap babama sorar ; “ne saat kuzuları almaya geleyim ?”Babam şaşkına döner, “haberim yok,bu da nereden çıktı?” der. Gönyeli’liler babamı severdi ; Kasap ,bizim çoban Apel Mehmet’in kendine haber gönderdiğini söyler. Babam bu kadar cömert olduğu çobanı Apel Mehmet’in hırsızlık yapmaya kalkmasına çok kızar, Apel’i kovar , davarı da satar.

Foyası meydana çıkan Dervişler’den meşhur hırsız ,melun Apel, fitneyi ficir ,kötü ruhlu ,kindar ve 1000 garalı ! Oğlu Önay hain bize tarla sürer, ama azdırıldığından yarattığı sorunlar inanılmaz ! Taktik ve Yaptırımlarını sürdürür, ekmek parasını kazandığı yerle harp halinde; işlemeden baba/oğul intikamcı , iş olmadan “gün gitsin para gelsin”.Önay melun nişanlı . Şimdiki evini inşa etmeketedir, sabah, akşam fırsat buldukca inşaatta da çalışır, işe gelsin oyalanır ,geç gelir. Ev inşaatında ihtiyacı olan yer mermerlerini-o zaman içinde yaşanmayan Ahmedigo dedemin evinden mermer söker- evine çok yakın, götürür. Memur gibi işe saat 8’de gelir, herkes saat 7’den evvel traktörün bakımını yapıp ,hazır edip ,tarlaya gitmiştir. 7 yaşındayım. Bana onu hergün “nerdesin” diye evine gidip ,çağırma, çabuk tarlaya gitmesi için yardım edebileceğim ne varsa ,iş düşer ;traktörün tankına mazot doldurma -yağ galonu tenekeyi 50L varelden mazot doldurup ,akü üstüne çıkıp traktöre mazot doldururdum. Öğle yemesi için dağarcığını ,suyunu ,yağ, gres ,saban vidası eksiklerini benim yapmam gerekli; bir an tarlaya gitmesi için ben çırpınırdım,o da hazır beklerdi. Öğleyin Babam köye gelir, caminin yanından geçer, -oğlan nişanlısının evinde -traktörle bütün gün tarla süreceğine -ovada işler olacağına ,traktörü Salim’in fışkı üstüne park eder, nişanlıda ,öğle istirahat ve uykusunda. Babam beni ” neye bakman” diye azarlardı. Melun Önay’ın cevabı “nişanlım kör bullilerdendir, kocaya düşkün ,beni yanında ister ” Kindar ,azgın hırsız ,rezil Apel mezara kadar bizimle harpte, düşmanlıkları ,azmettirdiği kötülükler saymakla bitmez. Apel beni gördüğünde yüksek tonda “yamcam, yamcam” diye çağırırdı. Sahte olduğundan duymazlıktan gelirdim. Melunun oğluna yaptırdığı hainlikleri hiç unutamadım.

Ömrünü En yakınlarının bize karşı kin/nefretle yetiştirir ,Niyazi’lerin Salih’e kardeşim Hüseyin “gardaşım” dermiş, onun da psikolojisini bozdular ,kardeş düşmanı oldu. Yarattıkları algılara göre Ben Londra’da lüks içinde yaşardım ! Salih’in eniştesi Ali YEngin yüzüne güler,bana karşı kışkırtır ve Hüseyin’den 7 buçuk milyon -1980 öncesi çok paraydı-“borç”alana kadar. Zaten azmettirici dayıları Apel’in parmağı ,ödemeye Niyetleri de yoktu ve Ödemediler. Salih ondan sonra Hüseyin’i gördüğünde “see U when I see U” ‘bye ,bye’ der. İngilizce Öğretmeni Ali Niyazi de fırsatcı BRT’ye çalışan A.Üçgöz ile devreye girer, bizim köyde babamın konu olduğu ama kendi profilini yükseltme operasyonuna imza atar. Babam hedeflerinde ,sorularına ; rumlarla birlikte yaşayamadığımızın ” Ayvasıl katliamından bahsetmesi” esas Öğretmenler Sendikası ,rum dostu Karen Fogg’cuların beni de daha önemli rum lobisi hedefi yapar !

“Azgın hırsız” Apel Mehmet “Derviş’lerin” statüsünü yükseltecek ;aferim BRT ,Dağyolu aslında “Hacıahmet’in” köyünü tanıtma peşinde değil ,babamı konu etme değil ,Ali Niyazi’nin profilini yükseltmedir. BRT köydeji gelenekleri program yapar ,babam Kıbrıs konusunda anlaşma mümkün mü? diye sorulduğunda “rumların Ayvasıl katliamından” bahsettiğini , anlaşma mümkün olmadığını da kayda alırlar.

Bunu “kesip” göstermeyebilirlerdi. Bize karşı rum kesimine mesaj verdiler. Barnet’te rumların en yoğun olduğu bölgede ,ambargo ve düşmanlıkları ile zorlukla yaşıyorum. BRT Dağyolu “Hacıahmet’in Köyü programı sayesinde BK’ta güçlü rum lobisinin baskı ,hedef ve güdümünde ! Bizim evin tel.,internet yakında kurdukları merkezden kontrollerinde. Evimiz belediye uydu kamera sistemiyle gözetimlerinde; arabasıyla bize gelenlerin araç plakasından temas kurup, ikaz ederler; her imkan ellerinde ! Sağlık Merkezi çalışanları ekip oluşturmuş. Aile Dr. milli davalarına faydalı ;”Herşey dahil” tatil hak ettiler. Bana yapılan ırkçılığı Polise şikayet ettim. Bir hafta sonra polis kapıya gelip,rum belediye azası “Tanburides’in arkadaşı olduğunu, benim ırkçı,kötü niyetli komşum 70’lik eski P.Panayi’nin evimde “rum lobisi hayatını körledi,kıçına parmak attı” hakaretini Hendon Irkçılık Şb.bildirdim .Kapıya Polis gelir. -P.Panayi nankörü benim bilgisayar vs. merağımı bilir ve tuzak kurrarlar ;bana yoldaki “skip”te printer olduğunu söyler. Bakmaya gittiğimde ,şoka uğrarım çünkü aynı Polis kükreyerek ağaçtan aşağı atlar. Ne uçuk ,kaçık ,zırdeli Eoka betinliler ! Kendini rum Belediye azası Tanburides’in arkadaşı olarak tanıtır.Benim şikayet mektubunu yeniden yazmamı söyler. Vazgeçtim. Aile Dr. eşi önce bu şikayetimi sildirmek için “Irkçılık Komsiyonu başına”getirilir.Benim şikaye5ime soru ile cevap verir. Boşa çıkarır.

“Law Society” başına getirilir, sırf benim şikayetimi çöpe atsınlar diye.Kıbrıstaki turistik otellerin %10 milli davalarına faydalı olacaklara ayrılmıştır. Kıbrıs’a “Herşey dahil” tatille ödüllendirilip bana sürekli maddi/manevi ellerinden ne zarar verebilirlerse ! Biz Ailece ambargolu ,herşeyi travmaya çevirme ızmanları; çocuğum ilk yıl ana oklunda 2 yıl tutulur;müdür çocukların %60 yabancı,ana dilleri İngilizce değil ,ama yalnız benim oğlum 2 yıl başlama sınıfında tutulur. 31 Ağustos doğumludur ,eğitimden kazanacağı ,avatajı 1 yılı silme taktiği; nitekim orta okula başladığında 6 yıl ,her okul günü ,bitiş/çıkış saatinden 30-60 dakika sonra okuldan çıkar ; biz arabada beklemeye mahkum. İnanılmaz yaptırımlar. Lobi sınır tanımaz ,kötü niyetini sürekli aşılar !

KC Denktaş Türkiye’den ,rum saldırıları altında Kıbrıs’a küçük kayık ile gelmeye çalışır ; rumlar onu tutukladı ve Türkiye’ye iade etti. Dava adamı Babam ,Koop.Merkez Bankasından KL£18 bin borçlanır ,ekili tarlalarını Bilelle’li yeğeni Hüseyin Gadar’ya icar eder, ( ertesi yıl mahsül çok berketli gelir; Hüseyin Gadara 2 saban 1 tırmık ,iyi tımar edilmiş ekili tarlalardan güzel mahsül alır ve Pınarbaşı’lı Sami Efendiden KL£10,000 , yıllarca sulu tarım yaptığı 100 dönüm tarla satın alır. )babam yeni Ford traktörünü de satar ve Chevrolet Impala arabası ile ,TC’de KC ile birlikte olmak için 3 ay Türkiye’ye gider. Vanından köyleri gezip Sebze /meyve satan Ozanköy’lü Sarı Ali’den ev ihtiyaçlarını almamızı ,tembihler.

Fota köyüne,21 Aralık rum saldırıları ile evlerinden can havliyle kaçmaya mecbur kalan 19 Türk köy ve yerleşimden ,bizim köye gelen göçmenlerin Nüfusu ev ,ambar,samalıklara sığmaz. Kış ortası soğunda Kızılay çadırları kurulur; köy nüfusu belki 10 bine çıkar. Erkekler silah altına alınır, eğitime tabi tutulur. Türk Alayından gelen bir rütbeli komutan Köy etrafına savunma amaçlı mevziler kurulur.Kızılay vasıtasıyle ,TC her türlü yardım ,gıda ,çadır, battaniye gönderir.Kazanlarda yemek pişerken biter. Gıda yetmiyor. Bizim evde nüfus 11 ,yemeklik yağ yok. Bakkalı tamamıyla boşaltmışlar ,gıda yok. Anacığım bana bir galon verdi ;rahmetli Necati Borucu’nun garajından gıda ,iaşe dağıtılıyor; kontrolde melun Apel’in bize mezara kadar düşman ettiği damadı Muzaffer, Osman Avukat ve Osman B.Başı bana biraz olsun yağ vermediler, boş geri çevirdiler. Ertesi yıl Apel’lerin problemlerinden ,ezgiden kurtuldum; babam Ağırdağ’lı değirmenci Salih dayının oğlu Fuat ağabeyi tarla sürmeye getirdi. Hacıahmet dedemin evde yatır, işe gider, gelir ,sessiz, problemsiz.

Son gittiğimde babama şöförlük yapan Ahmet Kasap yanıma geldi. “AKSinin yanından gelirim; babam için adam Dr.,Dr.,gezer,hiç ölsün istemez” dedi.

Kulüpte AKSi bana zorla kahve ısmarlayacak, kahveciye parasını peşin verdim ve dışarı oturdum, kahveciye kahve parasını aldırmadı, ben de kahveyi içtim, kahveciye de ödedim “AKSi’ye 10 kahve ısmarladım

Ağırdalı muhtar M.Şakir’in Kırnı Uçak alanı yanında ortak ektiğimiz tarlalarda, buğday kantar ile tartılır öyle pay edilirdi. Benim yazdığım deftere ille elimden alıp, imzasını atacaktı. Babam bu “sahtekarmışız” gibi hareketine buna çok kızar ve beni “neye defteri” verdim diye azarlardı. Yaz tatilinde gecelri de Çiftlikte Hatice nenem ve Güldal ile kalırdık.Bir akşam üstü babam “M.Şakir gelip 2 araba saman alacak dedi. Kaş kararırken M.Şakir traktör,arkasınds araba ile geldi, saman yığınlarına gitti, samanı 3 haftada belki 3000 dönümden ;Kapızan çiftliği ,Kırnı altı ve yakın tarlarlardan ,köyden topladığımız balyaları ,3 günde rahmetli Goççino ile balyaları samana öğüttük. harmanda 2 büyük yığın saman vardı. O gece arada uyurken,yorgun olurdum, traktör sesi duyduğum oldu, ama kalkıp bakmadım.Bir de sabah babamın çağırmasıyla uyandım. Harmanda saman kalmadı. Yerdekileri toplasak belki 20 torba; M.Şakir meğer 2 traktör römörkle, oğul ve kızları bütün gece samanı taşıdılar. Yalnız sicim ,Ispaho maliyeti KL£800. Öyle bir travma yaşadım, 3 gün Aksi’nin mandırada yattım.Üzüntümden ne yapacağımı bilemedim. Yıllar sonra Londra’da bu “saman ganimetciliğini” Ağırdağ’lı. birine anlattım.M.Ş.-başka partidendi- ,beni köyde seçimlerde bulup, “doğru mu,neye böyle söylen” deyerek ,yaptığından haberi yokmuş da iftira atmışım gibi tavır sergiledi.” inkar etsen de, Allah yaptığını, neyin doğru olduğunu bilir ,sen inkar et” dedim.
