Rt.Hon.Theresa Villiers MP (Case Ref: TV132250)

Rt.Hon.Theresa Villiers M.P.

We thank Rt.Hon.Theresa Villiers M.P. for writing to The Turkish embassy.

We expect a similar “neutral” response as previously; denial of “Human Rights”.Our son was born in UK ,a British subject by birth. Requests for investigation has been  declined, “files closed” each time.

CCTV recordings not presented to the court,-excuse “not working”, all available CCTV recordings in the area ,from nearby businesses collected the next day by police!

The hearings against the Police officer misusing his powers ,-court case against him -he failed to attend time and again -dropped without excuse ;while assailant in custody helped “the cover-up” by serving tel.nos of officials in authority ,eg. chief of police , military police chief ;allowed the assailant to make 80+mobile calls -list obtained from Directorate of Communications – has been an accessory to the assailant’s succesful 12 year “cover-up campaign”Judge on duty did not investigate the accident site -Blood Test is the norm in fatal accidents-bar manager- breathalizer test was used 4 hours later ;54promil alcohol ,speeding 78kmph in town in his Dutch Registered BMW ,with 2 Russian ladies in the vehicle -no statements were taken. The Dr. who signed The Autopsy Report under Hippocratic Oath ,stated his gender as “female”,signed under photo of son’s bearded face ,naked body ,manhood showing ;ultimate insult; we complained / disputed this inaccurate /gross errors; piled onto our traumas ,Autopsy Report has not been rectified by the court. We complained assailant is “state protected” to The T.Min.of Justice about irregulaties, all  ignored ,followed 6 years of court proceedings, nothing was done. Assailant threatened witnesses, lawyers ,has seriously managed to obstructed our efforts in every way possible;”blocked justice”;when we hired 2nd lawyer as the 1st only wanted to claim compensation ,the Court Recorder told us blantly ; “as you hired another lawyer, you will get nothing out of this court “.He has literally had us under pressure and survellience-being followed literally step by step, shop to shop with negatives.

Empathy has been lacking,in all of the lawyers we have hired, having been taken under the influence of this bar manager of Pasha Beach Hotel.

The gross injustice that we have been subjected to ,has “ruined the health, prospects ,blood-line ,the lives of 3 generations” ;The Prime Minister’s office has to be involved for any productive results from the

the time and kind attention.
