Copart auction 1st experience ;excluded “non-runner”Enhanced Service”Listing information – ( changed since my June Complaint and to Consumer Council ; Which.co.uk -) Copart Customer Services (CS)) could have averted “disaster” with a phone call as I had pre-bid £7100- 4 days before auction ! ;”CS support” expected as part of Copart membership ,for CS service ,paid £100- p/a.Instead CS kept quiet.”Terms & Conditions” applied! Misleading Listing description “minor dents and scratches ,small wear and tear “as owner had paid Extra for “Enhanced Service”(As Buyer ,told;should have bought Extra Virtual Video to see ‘engine dashboard’ running but as I had pre-bid and car was unlikely to reach £7100-price as non-runner ,car was excluded from online virtual auction  ) diesel ,done only 82K miles ,”normal wear and tear, minor dents and scratches” Valuation £12595-( value %50 exaggerated) but deliberately misleading; engine replacement cost £3762- after “virtual auction time” ended -watched from Start to Finish as my pre-bid £7100- 4 days before auction was too high -Terms & Cond.”appied ,so lumbered to pay £8096- incl.delivery -pledge in 10 days- mine was after 16 days; %10 refund offered of £278- del.charge,Not Accepted ! Non-runner ;steering locked ,electronic handbrake,dropped onto pavement , took 3 of us 3 back-breaking hours to push on a trolley jack into driveway. After record 80 days in garage ,without a car after 43 days ,I went abroad -Fixed Penalty issued at garage ,paid fine £204- Repair Finished  07/12/2023 Total cost :£3762-(Bmerc Car Sales ,Barnet ,Repair ,excessive bill, £2114.80 ,unresolved dispute,arbitration or litigation )Total Cost  £11858-(searced dealers today;find same 2019 NQ dci ,with only 14K miles, with piece of mind trader warranty-£12,000 ;may allow discount for cash,from dealers-why onload “pain & hussle”;  “Final Response”Ref:42756 ,to my Copart Complaint “See you in Small Claims Court” I will empathically Not recommend Copart.co.uk;it is only for the Trade!
