“I am writing to you to give you some information regarding our application.

First of all, we have planned to apply to local court this week but we found another option to recover the general and special damages.We are planning to Turkish Motor Insurers’ Bureou (TMIB) in accordance with the green card system. TMIB undertakes the settlement of any accident caused in Turkey by a vehicle with license plates of a foreign country that is a member of Geeren Card System and that has been provided with a valid green card.  If there is a valid green Card TMIB undertakes the duties of a third party liability insurer for foreign motor vehicles. For that reason in case of losses in Turkey involving foreign motor vehicles the loss can be reported to TMIB who can be claimed against like a third party liability insurer. The claim is evaluated and settled within the compulsory motor third party liability insurance applicable in Turkey. TMIB could pay all the special and general damages. If TMIB accepts our application, it could be fastest and easiest way to recover all damages. If they do not accept, we will apply to local court against both Serkan Çınkır -dob 1981 ,Andırın, Darıovası ,Kahramanmaras -the Dutch plated vehicle ,owner resident of Holland- the driver) and TMIB as representative of RDW Insurance (the compulsory insurance company of the vehicle). We have recieved some funds for the court expenses. If TMIB pays the damages and this amount will satisfy us, we will return back all court expenses (excluding our legal fees as down payment) and close the file.

I think it is most efficient way to recover the damages and thus we will come to an end for our civil claims. “
